The 47 Flying Training Wing, 47 CONS at Laughlin Air Force Base, TX intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order (PO) for the removal of carpet and installation of tile. The PO will consist of removing the carpet, any adhesive and cove base as well as installing tile and new cove base for a total of 10,126 sq ft. This purchase will be made using FAR Part 13, oral solicitation procedures. Although local vendors are expected to submit quotes for this requirement, as a small business set-aside, it will be open to any small business.
