Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

RCMP requests the following work - looking to get reconfiguration drawings and the actual reconfiguration done of the office space to include at least 2 desks, but would prefer 3 if possible. Even if they were touchdown stations with all the other equipment they require. Floor plans attached. Please keep in mind government standards when designing. Ensure walls are constructed to RCMP security standards and add security mesh to all walls. Consultant to review current panel for electrical capacity and confirm power is sufficient for addition of workstations in this space. Consultant to investigate cooling options for the space as it is frequently too warm. Review and adjust HVAC as required. A cooling coil was installed a couple of years ago, however the client is still experiencing issues. TIMELINE: No bid received for this RFP. Coverage of this project is discontinued.
