Reference Number 0000276553 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/09/03 03:00:00 PM EDT Question deadline date extended from 09/03/2024 to 09/06/2024 03:00:00 PM EDT The Project involves the construction of a sophisticated laboratory facility, comprising approximately 120 m² of clean room space, 80-100 m² of general laboratory space, and 50 m² of lab service areas, all integrated into a state-of-the-art research facility located within the Advanced Research Centre (ARC) . This Lab will feature clean rooms designed to support cutting-edge research in nanophotonic and optoelectronics, including optics and photonics, electromagnetics, numerical methods, and microfabrication. A portion of the Lab will be dedicated to the nanoscale fabrication of optoelectronic devices and integrated optical structures. The Lab will house highly specialized and sensitive equipment such as electron-beam lithography, a metal-organic chemical vapor deposition reactor, an atomic layer deposition system, a laser deposition system, fume hoods, and systems for processed gas and water. The Lab environments must be meticulously controlled to function as clean rooms for all the purposes.
