The City of Lawrence invites bids from qualified vendors interested in providing the following for the City of Lawrence, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications outlined in the Invitation for Bids (IFB). A contract shall be awarded to the responsive and eligible bidder offering the lowest total bid price. Bidders must submit a five percent 5% bid deposit with their bid. Payment & Performance Bond Requirements: The bidder awarded the contract is required to submit within (5) five days, payment bond equal to 50% of the contract value; The Contractor shall possess a Massachusetts contractors license and/or license required for this type of work. Licensure from any other state will be subject to approval by the City for a three-year contract period. Questions concerning this IFB must ONLY be submitted in writing to Evelyn Canela, DPW Administrative Assistant, before 3:00 p.m., Friday, August 30, 2024. Questions must be emailed to gglary@cityoflawrence.com. Award of contract September 2024 The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all bids or take whatever action is in the best interest of the City.
