Reference number: 20014605 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-09-03 The Municipality of Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, in collaboration with the Accès Petite-Rivière organization, is kicking off the revitalization of its village core on rue du Quai and in the extension of rue du Couvent. In addition to the general elements of the start-up, this revitalization project comprises two distinct work packages: Lot 1: the construction of six buildings totalling twenty (20) housing units; and Lot 2: the extension of municipal water and sewer services on rue du Quai and rue du Couvent. The two work packages may be carried out simultaneously, but from submission of the tender through to final acceptance of the work, the chosen contractor must always distinguish between Lot 1 and Lot 2 in his slips, correspondence and invoicing. Contract award: October 2024 Start of works: from October 2024 Completion: August 2025
