Description: Diamond Street - Installation of a new 6 diameter PVC water main and abandonment of an existing 4 water main and appurtenances. The new mains will consist of approximately 102 LF of 6 PVC trenched water main, 30 LF of 6 PVC water main in a 12 PVC casing and approximately 340 LF of 12 HDPE, fusible PVC, or restrained joint PVC water main quality pipe for casing horizontally directional drilled with a 6 PVC restrained joint water main in casing. Included with the work will be connections to existing mains, new valves, hydrant installation, line stops, block/plug of existing mains, and pavement removal and replacement. Richards Street - Installation of a new 6 diameter PVC water main and appurtenances and abandonment of existing small diameter water mains. The new main will consist of approximately 730 LF of 6 PVC trenched water main. Included with the work will be connections to existing mains with tapping sleeves and valves, new valves, hydrant installation, block/plug of existing mains, water service reconnections, and pavement removal and replacement.
