The City of Rock Island hereby issues this Request for Qualifications to solicit information from covered floating dock system manufacturers. The information will be used to pre-qualify a pool of manufacturers from which to solicit bids for the upcoming D400 Dock Replacement Project at Sunset Marina, located in Rock Island, Illinois. A vendor who wishes to be considered must notify Mike Bartels, Public Works Director, no later than 5 PM on August 30, 2024 that they have received the RFQ and are interested in responding. Question Deadline 08/30/2024 at 5:00 PM CT The project will tentatively be bid in Fall 2024 with a installation date of Spring 2025.
