Completed plans call for the demolition of a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The WORK to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all plant, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles and for furnishing all transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and for the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The WORK shall be complete, and all work, materials, and services not expressly shown or called for in the Contract Documents which may be necessary for the complete and proper construction of the WORK in good faith shall be performed, furnished, and installed by the CONTRACTOR as though originally so specified or shown, at no increase in cost to the OWNER. Water Storage Improvements. Description: The work includes the construction of approximately: 1. Construction of 300,000-gallon spheroid elevated storage tank. 2. Construction of associated utilities including watermain, site grading, site restoration, and driveway improvements. 3. Demolition of existing 300,000-gallon legged elevated storage tank (with containment) 4. Miscellaneous well and well house improvements including new well pumps, drop pipe, VFD's, and electrical improvements. 5.
