University Preparatory Science & Math High School is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the procurement and installation of a new Panasonic 11,000 Lumen Projector with the appropriate lens and an upgrade to our existing audio/visual rack. The project includes all necessary materials and installation services. The project encompasses two main components: 1. New Projector 1. Equipment: 2. New Panasonic 11,000 Lumen Projector 3. Appropriate lens for the projector 4. Services: 5. Complete installation 6. All necessary materials for installation 2. Audio/Visual Rack Upgrade 1. Equipment: 2. New Digital Signal Processor 3. New HDMI Switcher 4. New Wireless Microphone System 5. New Touch Screen Control System Services: 1. Complete installation 2. Installation: All installation services must be carried out by qualified professionals, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing activities. 1. Experience and Qualifications: Provide a brief description of your company, including experience with similar projects, and qualifications of the team members who will be involved in this project. 2. References: Provide at least three references from previous clients for whom you have completed similar projects. 3. Timeline: Detailed project timeline, including start and completion dates. 4.
