Proposals for Cuba Circulating Library - Children/Teen Area Renovation Phase 2 for the following contract at the Cuba Circulating Library Single Prime General Construction Contract to include M/E work. Covid-19 Construction: To the extent required by guidance and other applicable law, construction shall continue as long as each contractor complies with social distancing requirements, cleaning and disinfecting protocols, testing and/or proof of vaccination requirements, and all applicable law and protocols in connection with COVID-19 exposure control at the job-site. Cuba Circulating Library reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any or all Bids or to accept the one that in its judgment will be for the best interest of the Owner, all in accordance with applicable law. Cuba Circulating Library further reserves its right to disqualify Bidders for any material failure to comply with the "Instructions to Bidders". Any Bidder shall not withdraw his Bid for a period of forty-five (45) days after the above date of Bid opening, and to guarantee the performance of all other obligations of the Bidders as set forth in Instructions to Bidders. NYS DOL Prevailing Wage applies to this project. The work is tax exempt. The Cuba Circulating Library adheres to a policy of nondiscrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, disability, gender, national origin and other protected categories in employment, programs and services. Work shall be commenced and continuously and diligently prosecuted immediately after contracts have been signed subject to and in accordance with the contract requirements.
