Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mount Forest, Ontario. Completed plans call for the demolition of a swimming pool; for site work for a swimming pool; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work consists of: - Demolition, removal and disposal of existing pool and bath house including all equipment and furnishings, concrete pool deck, fencing. - Construct and placement of topsoil and sod, fencing, miscellaneous asphalt and granular, and stone dust walking trail.
