Sheriff's Office - Training Center Roofing Project. the County of Sumter Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids. The County of Sumter Reserves the Right to Waive Any or All Technicalities. Deadline for completion is December 31, 2024. (A) Provide all materials, labor, equipment, services and perform all operations in connection with the furnishing and installation of a complete roof system. The roof system shall be in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and including, but not limited to the following: 1. A pre-formed and galvalume plus metal roofing system, S2500 supplied by Metal Roofing Systems. 2. Included perimeter flashing, trim, ridge, rake, eave, valley, roof to wall, closures and flashing as applicable. Fasteners, framing, supports and sealants required for complete roofing system with concealed screws. 3. Installation of standing seam metal roof, and panel clips. 4. Installation of 2" batt insulation. 5. Installation of sheet metal trim, fascia and counterflashing, etc. 6. Installation of sheet metal gutters, gutter expansion joints and downspouts. 7. Installation of sheet metal penetration flashing, fascia, closures, etc. 8. Installation of bent plate structural members for rakes, eaves, valleys, etc. 9. Installation of plumbing vent pipe flashing pre-formed EPDM boot and stainless steel draw band. 10. Installation of sheet metal hat channels for roof panels.
