As of November 19 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. 1 The purpose of this document is to describe the scope of work and options for a complete, turnkey design/build LED centerhung, ribbon board and scorer's table, with new fully integrated content management system (CMS). New centerhung package with CMS must be able to control existing basketball stanchion and corner board displays and OES 9000 timing/scoring systems. The new system shall be capable of displaying 3G HD-SDI content with resolution of 720P, 1080i, and 1080P as well as 12G content at a resolution of UHD60 via a SMPTE-2110 Gateway. The system should be able to display HDR content from production control systems. 2 The centerhung shall be completed by August 24, 2025, for a special event. 3 Work under this Contract includes all labor, materials, cabling, tools, transportation services, supervision, coordination, etc., necessary to complete the installation of the LED Display and connection to new fully integrated content management system. A The systems shall be called the "Display System" the installer the "Display Installer". Any structural/electrical engineering, rigging details, and construction information provided as part of this specification and/or related documents are provided for design intent information purposes only. B The drawings included with this specification convey general centerhung assembly concepts. The remainder of the displays are essentially 1:1 replacement of location and physical size of the existing displays. The drawings do not show complete and accurate building details. The Installer is responsible for making field measurements necessary to establish exact locations, dimensions, relationships, and load capacities necessary for installing these systems including seating site lines.
