Renovation of a library in West Lafayette, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
The proposed Solar Site Projects include the design, engineering, procurement of materials, installation, commissioning, and warranties of Solar PV Systems on the roofs of the following five Solar Sites. These systems should be designed to optimize power production and reduce grid electricity usage. Details provided for each identified site include their address, estimated usable square footage, 2023 monthly power consumption in kWh (derived from utility bills), and an aerial view of the roof. The Redevelopment Commission expressly reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive irregularities of proposals. Question Deadline 09/04/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Questions must be emailed to development@westlafayette.in.gov If clarifications or corrections need to be issued to this RFP, an addendum with questions and responses will be posted to the City website by Thursday, September 5, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. (EDT) on the West Lafayette Bids and Proposals page.
