Board of Trustees of the Rancho Santiago Community College District ("District") has determined that certain contractors on the Campus Entrance Improvements Phase 2 project ("Project") located at Santiago Canyon College must be prequalified prior to submitting a bid for the Project. The Project includes 1) site and underground demolition 2) site improvements consisting of new underground utilities, ADA site improvements, new hardscape and softscape, site lighting, site finishes, new water fountain and monument, and new shade structures. This project is not subject to a Project Labor Agreement. The following contractors who intend to submit a bid or proposal for this Project, must fully complete the District's prequalification questionnaire, provide all materials requested therein, and be approved by the District to be on the final prequalified contractors list.
