Flowmeter and Electrical Upgrades -Monsanto ***Apparent low bid from previous bid opening: Bates Utility Company, Inc. - $171,850 GINA JAMISON, gjamison@stlmsd.com not later than JULY 16, 2025 BY: 11:00AM. Any oral responses to any question shall be considered unofficial and not binding on the District. An Addendum will be issued, if necessary, providing the District's official response. 1. Description Bidder shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, supervision, insurance, permits, etc. required to install a new flowmeter structure and modify the valve vault electrical components at the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District’s Monsanto Pump Station P-742 as outlined within, and in conformance with this specification and plans. The Work included in this project and is not limited to: 1. A new flow meter monitoring manhole with associated flowmeter and wiring. 2. Bypass Pumping Portal addition. 3. Tertiary Generator Hook-up for a generator. 4. Electrical modifications to comply with Class I Division I electrical standards. 5. Additional upgrades to the pump station as specified and laid out in the plans. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids not meeting this specification. Errors, discrepancies, or omissions in this specification in no way relieve the bidder of meeting the intent of this specification. This project will be built under the provisions of the "Standard Construction Specifications
