Waurika Lake Master Conservancy District (WLMCD) (hereinafter called the "Owner") will receive sealed quotes , for Cameras and Controllers - Provide and Deliver. A certified or cashier's check or Bidder's Surety Bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid will be required from each bidder at the time of bid, to be retained as liquidated damages in the event the successful bidder fails, neglects or refuses to enter into said contract for the construction of said public improvements for said project, and furnish the necessary bonds within fifteen (15) days from and after the date the award is made The successful contractor shall provide statutory and performance bonds each in the amount of 100% of the total bid price. Inclusion of these bonds with the bid is not necessary to constitute a "responsive bid." Supplier shall provide name and address of bonding company in the QUOTE. Funding for this project is provided through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant program. As such, compliance with Labor Standards Contract Provisions is mandatory. Compliance with the Davis Bacon Act is mandatory if the total project cost exceeds $10,000,000 (ten million dollars). The contract is to be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The Owner reserves the right to correct any non-material clerical errors in the bidding as allowed under Oklahoma Law. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all quotes in accordance with the Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974. Conditional quotes shall not be accepted.
