Upgrades, repairs and improvement to the St. Mary Hospital building. The scope of the project includes the modernization, maintenance and improvement of care units and other facilities and provides for the reconstruction of a building adjacent to the Hospital emergency in the northeast sector as well as minor redevelopment in the existing main pavilion. The newly created pavilion of approximately 24,850 m2 on eight levels above ground will extend the main façade on rue Lacombe and will house all of the programming of the care units and units making up the new outpatient center. It will be connected to the main pavilion by passages on the first three levels above ground. TIMELINE: Process of the Request for proposals from professional consulting firms to provide commissioning services for the reconstruction and redevelopment of the care unit of the St. Mary Hospital Center at 3830, avenue Lacombe, Montreal, has closed. Deposited submissions are under review. Award is anticipated in late 2024. Further update at that time.
