As of December 5, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. This project includes extension of the potable water distribution system along Crosby Road and the construction of an onsite fire water storage tank and infrastructure related to the STAMP site located north of the Edwards Vacuum development in the Town of Alabama, New York. This Contract is partially funded by Empire State Development (ESD). The ESD has established an overall goal of 30% for Minority Women-Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) participation. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified bank check or bid bond from a domestic carrier licensed to do business in the State of New York in the amount of not less than five (5%) of the amount of the bid submitted. Security for Faithful Performance: The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds written by firms licensed to do business in New York State, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amounts in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents.
