The proposed work includes minor grading of existing gravel/miscellaneous base golf cart paths, compacting existing gravel/miscellaneous base golf cart paths; and paving 3-inches of asphalt concrete on existing gravel/miscellaneous base golf cart paths. Contractor will be required to apply for a temporary construction easement with CVWD for a portion of the work. All project work and incidental items to complete the project shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications, and other provisions of the contract.
