It should be noted that the completion date for this project is September 2025. The Owner's desire to waive irregularities and informalities as to a bid shall be reviewed and final judgment made by the Owner. Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of each Proposal submitted, must accompany each Proposal in accord with the Form of Proposal.
