Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the planning, design and upgrade approximately 122 campsites to add power service to each site, potable water if sufficient supply is available, pave all roads, finish all living pads and design/build an administrative facility and staff housing with appropriate utilities. Power, water and sewer services will need to be investigated for capacity and supply for the improvements.
