Project Description: The Clay County Board of County Commissioners (County) is seeking a qualified Contractor to execute comprehensive water, sewer, and electrical connections for a portable building located at the Clay County Adventure Park. This project is essential to ensure the facility is fully operational and compliant with all relevant building codes and regulations. The successful completion of this work will support the park's infrastructure and enhance its overall functionality for public use. Project Location: Clay County Adventure Park, 3865 CR 215, Middleburg, FL 32068. Final completion shall be obtained thirty (30) days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued. Scope of Work The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, securing all utility locates and permits, as well as providing all materials, labor, inspections, and equipment required to complete the following tasks: Provide and install PVC piping from the existing well, ensuring proper connection to the building in full compliance with Clay County building codes. Provide and install a 300-gallon fiberglass pump station, complete with a high water alarm and an appropriately sized grinder pump. The Contractor shall make all necessary connections to the building to ensure proper functionality. Provide and install PVC piping from the newly installed lift station to the existing septic tank onsite, ensuring all connections meet the required standards. Provide and install a 200-amp electrical panel, including supports, circuit breakers, and a grounding system, all in compliance with applicable codes. Coordination with the utility provider is required as applicable. Provide and install separate underground conduit runs from the power pole to the building, well pump, and septic pump to ensure seamless operation of all systems. Provide and install any additional water, sewer, and electrical connection components that may be necessary or required by the Clay County Building Department, even if not explicitly listed in this scope of work, to ensure a fully functional facility.
