Renovation of an educational facility in Guelph, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is an invitation by the University of Guelph ("University") to prospective Respondents to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of a Computed Tomography (CT) Scanner. The intent of this project is to replace the HSC's existing CT Scanner with a current generation CT scanner, thereby improving throughput, image quality, and comprehensive analysis. The successful Respondent is expected to: a) Remove and decommission the existing CT scanner b) Deliver the new CT equipment and workstations to the specified location (building 44, room 1421) c) Assemble and install the new CT equipment and any associated software, including all related components and workstations necessary to meet functional requirements d) Test and calibrate equipment and workstations until final acceptance e) Supply all documentation including user manuals and maintenance and troubleshooting information. f) Provide initial and continuous on-site and remote training for end users. g) Provide Manufacturing warranty and extended warranty h) Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support Deadline to submit Questions Aug 23rd 2024, 2:00 PM EDT Documents can be obtained at https://uoguelph.bonfirehub.ca/
