For an offer to perform work to provide new electrical infrastructure at 1001 South Lake Front Road, Decatur, IL. Offers should be sealed and marked " NELSON PARK PIER 36 DRIVE ELECTRICAL UPGRADES " on the outside lower left-hand corner of the envelope. Bids will be required to be submitted under a condition of Irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids received, to determine the lowest responsible bidder or reject any or all bids. Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rate of wages as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing under the contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS130/1-12).
