HVAC for room 116C provide exterior pad mounted packaged gas fired unit and exposed supply and return duct into building and up in chase to supply grilles and return grille. ALTERNATE NO. HV-1: Provide all labor and materials for room 116C to provide interior mounted vertical packaged HVAC heat pump unit with ductwork to supply grilles and return air integral to unit cabinet as noted on drawings and in the specifications. Bids will be received for the following Work: General Contract (all trades). Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below.
