Reference Number 0000361015 Interior Doors Replacement at Fellows Creek Golf Course Description of Project: The project is at our Fellows Creek Golf Course 2936 Lotz Rd., Canton, Michigan PROJECT CONTACTS: Tom Gaffka, Project & Facilities Service Manager, Tom.Gaffka@cantonmi.gov Number of items being replaced: 15 doors of varying sizes 2 panel a) Double doors banquet center (2) two b) Single door w/ window (4) four c) Single door w/o window (6) six d) Single door dutch style (1) one e) Double door store front (2) two Existing signs on original doors to be removed and saved for reinstalling after painting. Doors should be primed and prepared for painting. (Painting by Owner) Price should include all hardware including kickplates, push plates and push bars All equipment and rentals must be included in your bid/proposal. Contractor to be responsible for all demolition and disposal costs. Contractor must provide all necessary means of safety precautions, including barriers, signage, etc., and must communicate with the Project & Facilities Service Manager a minimum of 48 hours prior to construction. Contractor is responsible for any restorations required to project site. All schedules must be approved by the Township Project Manager Any deviation from these specifications must be approved in writing by Canton Township. Permits for the job are not required.
