SEPTEMBER 2024 TO: POTENTIAL BIDDERS Sealed SINGLE BASE BIDS will be received for ALL WORK for the above referenced project. The Owner will solicit proposals for the Quality Control/ Special Inspections Contractor after award of the Contracts. In redesigning Romkey Park, it will receive new landscaping and lighting improvements throughout. Sitework will include a skatepark, pickleball courts, playgrounds, sledding hill, and various other park amenities. This project will replace the existing 50-meter pool with a new 25-meter pool and provide a new zero depth pool and splash pad. A new pool building will replace the existing building and include the pools mechanical systems, fixtures, lifeguard training area, first aid, offices, storage, reception, and concessions along with other similar spaces. All Bids will be received by the CMAR until 2:00 P.M. The Architect assumes no responsibility for receiving and delivering Contractor Bids to the bid opening.
