The duties include but are not limited to: o The contractor must have experience cleaning health care facilities or large commercial facilities and must supply at least two required satisfactory references. o Contractor employees must clean according to health department cleaning checklist o Contractor must check daily for maintenance requests. o Detailed cleaning list provided upon acceptance of contract. Duties include but not limited to: cleaning and sanitizing clinic, lobby, waiting rooms, reVWURRPVARRUVDQGRIFHDUHDV o General repair/maintenance duties as requested such as hanging wall items, furniture assembly, etc. o Daily monitoring of grounds in front of health department for trash/debris and disposal o Contractor will provide a monthly invoice by mail, fax or in person for services provided to the Health Department. The Jessamine County Health Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received.
