File No. 2440-009-00 Project Location: 777 Stanton Blvd., Ontario OR 97914 The scope of work for this project is the demo of the two existing generators and Underground Storage Tank systems and replacing with two new 2 megawatt generators with single 30,000 gallon UST performed in two phase. Demolish and remove existing generators and fuel storage tanks and associated systems. Install new generators and fuel storage tank and systems and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Work will be phased due to long lead time of generators. Phase 1 work will include demo and install of fuel storage tanks to operate with existing generators. Phase 2 will include all other work with generators and electrical gear indicated in the Contract Documents. Fire Alarm interconnect work to be coordinated with Owner. Owner to perform limited amount of work associated with Fire Alarm interconnects with generator. Notice to Proceed: Work of this phase shall commence 10 days after the Notice to Proceed. Substantial Completion: 1) Phase 1 - 180 days after Notice to Proceed. Phase 2 - 820 days after Notice to Proceed.
