The Project Consists of the Following: the City of Winter Springs is Seeking to Obtain the Services of a Qualified and Experienced Construction Manager at Risk to Manage a Project Involving the Design and Construction of 2 New Wastewater Treatment Plants for the City of Winter Springs Consistent With the Scope of Services Information Included in the Bid Package.
