Janitorial Maintenance Service at Civic Center Public Restrooms and Children's Park Public Restrooms. Contract Terms: One (1) year from Effective Date, with four (4), one (1) year options to renew, as defined in Article I, Section 1.2 of the City's General Contract Terms and Provisions.
