Janitorial Maintenance Service at Civic Center Public Restrooms and Children's Park Public Restrooms. Contract Terms: One (1) year from Effective Date, with four (4), one (1) year options to renew, as defined in Article I, Section 1.2 of the City's General Contract Terms and Provisions. Scope of Work. Contractor shall provide the services to City as described in Exhibit B which is incorporated herein by reference. Contractor will submit all required forms and information described in Exhibit A to the Purchasing Agent before providing the services. General Contract Terms and Provisions. This Contract incorporates by reference the General Contract Terms and Provisions, attached hereto as Exhibit C. Scope of Services The Contractor shall provide janitorial maintenance services at the Civic Center Public Restrooms and Children's Park Public Restrooms (Sites), as specified, every day including all weekends and City observed holidays. File Requirements: Proposers will be required to provide one or more types of files depending on the solicitation: a. RESPONSE FILE: Proposers will only be able to upload one (1) document in the "Response File" section of . GENERAL ATTACHMENTS: Each required file will have its own sub-label, ie. Proposal - Part 1, Proposal - Part 2, etc. These will be provided for solicitations that require multi part responses. 2. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS. Proposers are responsible for ensuring that all required information and documentation are provided. 4. IMPORTANT: Do not wait until the last minute to submit bids. Due to the high volume of traffic on the internet, the internet has experienced periodic slowdown and connection issues. The agency and are not responsible for connection issues. Exceptions requested by bidder, if any. The bidder must present written factual or legal justification for any exception requested to the Scope of Work, Contract, or the Exhibits. Any exceptions to the Contract that have not been accepted by the City in writing are deemed rejected. The City, in its sole discretion, may accept some or all of bidder's exceptions, reject bidder's exceptions and deem the bid non-responsive, or award the Contract without bidder's proposed exceptions.
