the Town of Natick, Natick Town Hall, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA 01760 ("the Town") invites the submission of sealed Bids for firms/entities/persons for the provision of summer and winter hot asphalt mix for the Town of Natick. No Pre-Bid Conference will be held. If the Procurement Office is closed due to weather or other emergency, the deadline for receipt of Bids will be extended until the same time on the next business day that the Procurement Office is open. All Bids shall comply with the IFB issued by the Town of Natick, including, without limitation, Section 1, Instructions to Bidders, and Bid Submission Requirements. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Bids in the best interest of the Town. Any Bid submitted will be binding for thirty (30) days subsequent to the deadline date for receipt of sealed Bids. Award shall be subject to appropriation and to all authorizations required by law, rule, or regulation, including, without limitation, award by the Town Administrator.
