No bids received. rebid date not available at this time Project Identification Name: District Office Modular Building Project Overview: Fairfax School District is in the process of adding roughly 13,000 square feet of District Office Modular Building space to undeveloped parcel West of the Zephyr Lane Elementary School. The building will be constructed using a slab-ongrade permanent modular construction building system. The building is identified on the attached drawing sheets as New District Office. These drawings are of a schematic design in nature - it is expected that the selected modular company shall prepare appropriate drawings to complete the plans and submit to the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) and the County of Kern for review. Project Location: 6327 Zephyr Lane, Bakersfield, CA 93307 Project Description: Refer to Request for Proposal for full description. This project is anticipated to start on approximately 09/26/2024 and have a duration of five (5) calendar months for drawing completion and HCD and County approval of plans and eight (8) calendar months for construction and delivery of buildings to site. This project is anticipated to start on approximately 10/10/2024 [date] and is anticipated to have a duration of 400 calendar days for completion. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in cash, a certified or cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of the total bid price payable to the Owner.
