The Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept or reject any bid in part, and to waive any minor informality or irregularity in bids received if it is determined by the Director of Procurement and Contracts that the best interest of the Corporation will be served by doing so. A Bidder's failure to provide any additional information requested by the Corporation prior to a contractor selection may result in rejection of the bid.
