The Jefferson County Commission (the County) Department of Community Services is seeking general contractors who are in compliance with Alabama Code 34-14A1, et seq to provide rehabilitation of residential dwellings throughout Jefferson County. There are currently five (5) cases scheduled for rehabilitation. Any contract resulting from this ITB will become effective upon bid award approval of the Jefferson County Commission, and a purchase order is issued. The Jefferson County Commission will offer a six (6) months contract from the date after a PO is issued unless an extension of time has been approved by the Office of Community Services.
