Renovation of a municipal facility in Greeneville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Per Addendum No 3, the bid date has been changed from September 3 to September 5, 2024 at 10 am. Reroof procedure involves removing existing EPDM roofing, metal coping and flashing, metal roofing, gutter, and downspouts. Install new 0.45 mil mechanically fastened black EPDM Fleeceback roofing membrane, standing seam metal roofing, gutter, and downspouts. Any/all debris will be disposed of at the Greene County Landfill. (NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED). It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to visually inspect the conditions and constraints associated with the Scope of Work. A 5% bid security is required. The bid security is to be made out to the Greene County Government. A Performance and Payment Bond will be required for the Work. Contractors submitting bids are mandated by State Law to be duly licensed and representative of classifications pertinent to the areas of the Scope of Work. All bids must be submitted on BID FORM furnished by the Architect. Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any and all bids.
