Total project consists of an approximately 79,000 SF 2- story greenfield elementary school that features classrooms/learning pods, gymnasium, cafeteria, parking/drop-off, and playground/playfields All bidders must be licensed for the full amount of the bid per sections. If not, the bid will be rejected, and the contract awarded to the next lowest responsible bidder.
