Henry County Mayor’s Office is seeking bids for sidewalks at the courthouse located at 101 W Washington Street, Paris, Tennessee. All bids submitted must be sealed with the name of the project, bid opening time and date, and the contractors name, address and license number on the outside of the envelope. All bidders shall have all applicable licenses to perform the work within the state of Tennessee to include a general contractors license, and furnish certificates of insurance for liability and workers compensation. Henry County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in the bids and bidding deemed to be in the best interests of Henry County, and to reject unqualified, nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids.
