Renovation of a municipal facility in Rochester, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Recycling Facility Loading Dock & Dock Levelers Upgrades Project Requests for an interpretation shall be made in writing no later than the end of business on September 19, 2024 The work to be performed consists principally of the furnishing of alllabor and materials for: Contract No. 1A - GeneralConstruction (Lump Sum): Removal and replacement of seven hydraulic dock levelers and associated dock bumpers and dock seals, exterior metal siding and areas of cold formed metal wall framing, sectional overhead doors and man doors, repairs to existing concrete dock leveler pits, aluminum downspouts, and associated electrical upgrades. Additive Bid Item No. 1 (Lump Sum): Removal and replacement of an existing overhead coiling door system and associated metaltrim. Additive Bid Item No. 2 (Unit Price Per Linear Foot): Removal and replacement of metalsiding and associated metal wall base angle framing. The foregoing is a general outline of work only and shall not be construed as a complete description of the work to be performed under the Contract.
