Abate/Demolition: Demolish Existing Houston Early Learning Elementary School approximately 61,206 SF with an allowance of $805,630 USGBC LEED For Schools U.S, Green Building council Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. o Colerain Elementary School shall achieve Silver LEED under version 4.0 Should the A/E team not be experienced in LEED 4.0 they will be required to hire a consultant that is qualified. The Project Agreement is anticipated to be fully executed by September 2024.
