Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Laval, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and educational facility.
Expansion of the College facilities including the construction of a new building to respond to a faced lack of space. This problem will be exacerbated by the increase in the number of enrollments expected by 2029. Space must therefore be added so that the establishment has adequate capacity for its future students. The new building will be intender to house the arts education programs and will welcome 1300 new students. The area of the new facility will be as high as 13,404 m2. The scope of the project also includes redevelopment of approximately 3,294 m2 of existing areas. TIMELINE: The Quebec Ministry of Higher Education has obtained government approval to remove six major projects from the Quebec Infrastructure Plan, including the Collège Montmorency project. Consequently, the owner has cancelled the request for proposals for consulting services 44534350/20014666 and will not proceed with this project implementation. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
