Site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Laval, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 109,190-square-foot, 1,300-seat educational facility; for the renovation of a 35,575-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and educational facility.
Expansion of the College facilities including the construction of a new building to respond to a faced lack of space. This problem will be exacerbated by the increase in the number of enrollments expected by 2029. Space must therefore be added so that the establishment has adequate capacity for its future students. The new building will be intender to house the arts education programs and will welcome 1300 new students. The area of the new facility will be as high as 13,404 m2. The scope of the project also includes redevelopment of approximately 3,294 m2 of existing areas. TIMELINE: The owner is currently Requesting proposals from architectural and engineering professional consulting firms to complete a real estate analysis of the existing facilities for the project implementation. Reference number: 20014666. Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-09-09. Proposals submitted electronically are accepted via the SEAO, with a document.
