Reference Number 0000361179 Delivery Point: Thornton Purchase Type: Term: 09/30/2024 10:00 AM EDT - 12/31/2029 07:00 PM EST Thornton is seeking Proposals from Service Providers to provide Foam Stabilization Services on an on-call, as-needed basis under a five-year General Service Agreement. Thornton reserves the right to award multiple Service Providers. Nothing herein guarantees any minimum amount of work to any Service Provider. Thornton requires one (1) or more firms to perform foam stabilization of pavements, flatwork, and soil. These services may be required on an emergency basis by Thornton's Infrastructure, Parks and Open Space, or Building Maintenance Departments. Services may also be required for scheduled projects. Compensation will typically be computed using the Cost of Work plus Fee method. The Cost of Work will include subcontract costs, direct billable labor, materials, and equipment costs (both owned and rental), and approved reimbursable expenses. The Fee will be computed as a markup percentage to be applied to the total Cost of the Work. Separate percent markups will be used to cover costs of insurance, bonds if required, overhead, and profit. The Agreement shall terminate on December 31, 2029, unless sooner terminated by Thornton's issuance of a Termination Notice. Upon request, rates and charges may be adjusted annually for subsequent one (1) year terms on the anniversary date of the Agreement provided; however, that increases in rates and charges may not exceed the inflation rate defined by the current Denver Boulder Greeley CPI as published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
