Metro is soliciting bids from qualified plumbing contractors for a stormwater system rehabilitation project at Metros St. Johns Landfill (SJLF), located at 9387 N Columbia Blvd, Portland, OR 97203. The intended purpose of the project is to re-establish proper stormwater routing and discharge at two detention ponds by removing and replacing the existing stand-pipes, re-sleeving the culverts as well as removing sediment build-up.
