Territory and public procurement liberalisation agreements Only tenderers with an establishment in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by that agreement, are authorised to tender for the performance of this mandate. This contract is subject to the Agreement on Trade and Cooperation between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Agreement on the Liberalization of Government Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). Other requirements The Town of Temiscouata-sur-le-Lac is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the notices or documents sent electronically. Consequently, all bidders must obtain all documents related to this call for tenders. The Town does not undertake to accept the lowest bid or any of the bids submitted and reserves the right to retain any bid in whole or in part or to reject all bids received and, if it deems it appropriate, to issue a new request for bids. The Town declines all liability with respect to any of the bidders in the event that all bids are rejected. It undertakes no obligation of any kind towards the bidder or bidders. The contract is awarded by decision of the City Council, at its sole discretion, and the City cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council.
