Reference Number 0000277042 The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Asset Management Division, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide overhead door and loading dock leveller services (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for Government owned and operated locations throughout District 3 (South West Manitoba), including but not limited to Portage la Prairie, Brandon and Dauphin, Manitoba. The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to obtain Bids from qualified Contractors to provide the services described in this RFQ and for Manitoba to enter into an Agreement with the Bidder whose Bid is judged to best serve the interests of Manitoba when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria. The Agreement shall be for an initial term of two (2) years commencing upon contract award and expiring September 30, 2026. Manitoba is also seeking an option to extend the initial term of the Agreement, at Manitoba's discretion, for three (3) additional one (1) year terms. Should Manitoba exercise one or more options to extend, this will be formalized in accordance with section E1.2. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
