The contractor shall furnish and install labor and materials to construct a concrete pad IAW UFC 3-250-04 and the included designs outside of building 06B60- 12000 located at 5140 Dakota Avenue Fresno, CA. The work will include constructing a 5,460 sq ft pad 3000 psi 5" Portland Cement Concrete over 5" of 3/4 " aggregate base for butler building. Prep the soil to accept concrete and sub-base. Ensure concrete apron has a minimum of 1/4 " per foot slope. Slope concrete away from the building. All new work will ensure the existing level of safety within the facility is maintained or improved. The contractor is responsible for filling out the real property documents, forms 1354. Location: Visitors will meet at Visitor parking area on E Dakota Ave then all contractors will be escorted to 5168 E Dakota Avenue, Fresno CA 93727 Question Deadline 08/30/ at 4:00 PM PT All Questions and Requests for Information (Rfi) Should Be Received Not Later Than 1600 (Local) 30 August to Ensure Adequate Time to Develop Response and Draft Amendment. The contractor shall begin 30 performance within calendar days and complete it within calendar 270 days. The purpose of this project is to construct a concrete pad (aprox. 5,460 Sq Ft) at Fresno, in accordance with the attached statement of work. In accordance with FAR 36.204(b) Magnitude of Construction Projects, the price range of this project is anticipated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
