A. The Work is located in the City of Taylor, Texas for the following project 1. Mustang Creek Drainage Improvements is located on north of State Highway 79 near Hermann Sons Road just south of the City of Taylor Municipal Airport. B. Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following 1. Proposed drainage improvements include channel flood bench and stream bank stabilization improvements. C. Contracting Method: The Project will be constructed under a single prime construction Contract. D. Hazardous Environmental Conditions: 1. To the best of Owners knowledge, information, and belief, the prior use of the Site included residential properties, roadway rights of way and empty fields. Mustang Creek Drainage Improvements: This disaster flood recovery project is funded by Texas General Land Office (GLO).
