Leopardo Construction, Inc invites you to bid on behalf of the City of Aurora for the construction of New Fire Station #9 located at 7S330 Eola Road, Aurora, IL 60502. Scope of work consists of an approximate 17,631 SF ground up fire station which includes an apparatus bay, office space, bunk space, kitchen space, fitness room space and more. The project will also require extensive site work. As of January 30th, 2025, this project has started construction. The City of Aurora encourages minority business firms to submit bids and encourages the successful firm to utilize minority businesses as applicable. All inquiries and/or questions pertaining to the provisions and specifications of this bid package, shall be directed to the Director of Purchasing, in writing at PurchasingDL@aurora.il.us and to Vicky Stropus at VJStropus@Leopardo.com. Questions will be accepted until 12:00 pm, Friday, September 6, 2024.
