The Project is expected to be awarded on the November 18th council meeting.** The work to be done consists of the furnishing of all materials, labor, and equipment for the complete construction of the Trickum Road at Nocatee Trail Roundabout Project, including, but not limited to, erosion control, maintenance of traffic, paving, grading, excavation, subgrade preparation, drainage construction, concrete surface course, sidewalks, signs, pavement marking, and grassing at locations indicated in the plan set. All bidders shall be prequalified with the Georgia Department of Transportation prior to submission of the bid. No submitted bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time or receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days. A 5% bid bond (or certified check in lieu of bond) is required. A required performance bond is to be 100% of the contract amount and a required payment bond is to be 110% of the contract amount. The City of Woodstock, Georgia reserves the right to reject any one or all bids and to waive formalities.
